Business Development Manager

 

We are seeking a WINNER, intelligent and highly-motivated Business Developer with technical enterprise selling skills. Business Developers are responsible for actively driving and managing all the sales process, working in conjunction with Account Managers as the key technical advisor, product advocate for our products and sales coacher. The Business Developer must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.

Our Business Developers have aggressive "hunting" skills with a proven track record for developing and closing business, and experience working in a complex, process oriented sales environment. The ideal candidate is both strategic and transactional.

The Business developer drives client satisfaction by understanding the needs of the clients and linking Inogate's products and services to those needs

 

Required Skills and Experience:

·       University degree with good performance (MBA, MsC or PhD helpful)

·       Good foreigner language skills (English as basic one)

·       Prior experience selling in a business to business environment;

·       Prior experience that demonstrates the use of lead qualification skills;

·       Prior experience that demonstrates the ability to cross-sell products and services;

·       Very comfortable in working with software tools as basic tools;

·       Ability to do discovery to uncover needs behind presenting issues.

·       Demonstrated successful sales record by consistently exceeding assigned sales quotas

·       Relentless personality and strong drive for success

·       Three to six years of industry experience in technical sales, related enterprise client facing roles or enterprise sales experience

·       Experience around innovation process and initiatives.

·       Knowledge of standard web technologies (Wikis, blogs, forums,…) and related enterprise software (collaboration, issue tracking, project management, software development tools)
