business solutions

«In a highly competitive market every human-centric business process must evolve and become an innovation process.»

The next generation of business solutions must combine the speed and flexibility of unstructured creativity with the discipline of structured control to respond flexibly to changing business conditions. This new type of solutions must also be intelligent to keep employees engaged and help them make good decisions on business operations under its control.

Inogate’s solutions reflect this new approach to business software. They are very good at generating new answers and provoking action from massive amounts of people, rather than just generating insights from massive amounts of data as traditional approaches do.

There is strong focus on people, their challenges and goals, something that evolve on a daily basis: we learn and share experience, new ideas, thoughts, concepts, changes, multiple times throughout our day, therefore software must comply and enable that. That’s why we call our solutions dynamic Business Applications: Designed for people, built for change, because we know that even the best prepared team encounter unforeseen circumstances on a daily base. Our solutions are flexible enough to match different needs rather than forcing one solution to all that just provides static support. In this new way, dynamic profiles and processes reflect what people do, with whom and how they do it.

But the truth is that although in the real world it is extremely difficult to efficiently manage and execute a business process without a software tool, success, however, is much more than installing software! In fact, technology is a powerful enabler, not the complete solution.

That's why Inogate’s software solutions are much more than raw software platforms: they are specific solutions with integrated methodologies that are embed in a software platform (and not the opposite) developed to target specific business processes. In fact, there is a big difference between our solutions and horizontal software platforms (such as MS Sharepoint and simple Web 2.0 tools - blogs, forums, social networks, wikis,…) that only deliver generic capabilities and need huge customization. Our solutions focus specific business processes and cover a broad range of user groups and mix several Web 2.0 capabilities organized towards a specific business purpose. This means that the primary differentiation between these two types of tools does not lie with the software itself. Rather, our solutions provide a solid ground for the true added-value - an embedded domain expertise that adds a business dimension to the software.

They empower individual users and transform groups/departments into highly efficient entities capable of continuously optimizing their performance trough innovation, guaranteeing business agility while providing the needed visibility and predictability across multiple business functions. The whole company becomes like a synchronized self-improving ecosystem.

Technically, all Inogate’s business solutions capitalize on advanced semantics and artificial intelligence capabilities and were developed to guarantee advanced security levels in demanding situations (existing implementations at banks prove it), providing role-based access and multilanguage capabilities.

As a simple overview of technical specifications, we can highlight:

  • 100% Web architecture;
  • Developed in C# (.Net);
  • Level based architecture;
  • Multiple Templates (Master Pages);
  • Active Directory/Forms authentication.

How can you get them?

Our solutions are licensed as an evolution of the traditional SaaS (Software as a Service) model where the software is delivered as an “all inclusive” package – it means you don’t need to worry with installation, maintenance or upgrades. You focus on business results, we’ll take on all the rest!

With our model you can decide whether software is hosted on our servers or installed behind your corporate firewall as a managed SaaS appliance (MSA). A MSA (the delivery of SaaS behind the firewall) meets security and regulatory needs, enables the service of SaaS (upgrades take hours not months) while offering SOA integration within the enterprises' security framework.  IT departments not only love how they don't have to touch software, (it simply works!) but they can realize a lower TCO and shift the SLA burden to us!

Available renting periods range from 3 months to 5 years. After 5 years you own the Software. Or you can buy it up-front. You decide.

This model gives you the freedom of starting with a hosted pilot and then moving to an installation on your own servers, a rapid-Start option that also eliminates the inefficiencies and limitations that you would otherwise face when:

  • You want to start ASAP, tomorrow, next week,…;
  • You don’t want to deeply involve IT – they are already under stress and don’t want to hear about a new platform;
  • You don’t want to go through CAPEX;
  • You want to run limited pilots to find out more from the software by using it before you decide to install and support a new, on-premise application;
  • You want to use it only temporarily;
  • When you don’t have such a big team that justifies the burden of installing in-house (you don’t have to worry about hardware and internal support);
  • Or when you want to have the flexibility of SaaS but the integration you can only achieve in-house.

Additionally there is an optional activation of a bank of hours for customization, training and coaching/moderation. This is your guarantee that our solutions can grow with your needs and that you can plan for enhancements without worrying about cost.

And because different organizations have different needs, our solutions also comes with 3 different levels of process maturity, regarding depth of functionalities and capabilities:

  • the express version;
  • the standard version;
  • the advanced version.

For greater flexibility you can evolve from one to another without any kind of new implementation or customization.

Last, but not least, within our solutions a “user” is a person that actively engages with it. Passive persons don’t need the acquisition of a user license. This means that if a company has 10.000 potential users, 1.000 user licenses may be more than enough!

Do you still have some doubts? Try it before you decide. Nothing else that we could tell you would substitute the experience of trying it yourself! Feel free to try it as long as you give us feedback on your experience!
